El Fleming, Life of Pi

Life of Pi was an awesome book with an island made solely of carnivorous plants. Eating those who lingered too long. Like Lane's axioms imply, you shouldn't reside in the wilderness, only pass through. If only real wilderness' could defend themselves in such a direct and deadly way. There would be no need for environmental conservationists, the trees would be their own Lorax.
