Ryan Pageau- National Park Week

Just found out that National Park week is from April 17-25, which means free entrance to 392 sites administered by the National Park Service. However, if you research it close enough, you would find that 245 park properties never charge admission. Nonetheless that means 147 are free.

Although parks usually don’t charge a whole lot for admission, the normal rate for admission to the Grand Canyon National Park is around $25 dollars. Why not take advantage of the short lasting opportunity?

I’m going home this weekend and I think I’m going to take advantage of this and head to Luray Caverns in the Shenandoah. I’ve done this hike a couple times before and it’s actually a lot of fun. Hopefully, more people will find out about this deal before its too late to take advantage of it.
