Spenser Fleming--Dan Millman 2

Another lesson which was brought about in Dan Millmans book was the lesson of flow. The main character is a gymnast and was already great, but his spiritual guide in a sense told him he is not impressive at all. He gives him the lesson of flow. Showing him how to let go and let the body do its job, react to its environment. It takes the main character many weeks to realize its potential, but eventually he conquers himself and there is little he cant do in the gym. He became the first person to do three flips to a dismount on the rings.
