How CNU floods
I didn’t learn until this semester that Newport News is considered under sea level. This contributes to the fact that CNU floods. Since CNU is under sea level, the school is unable to build a pool which prevents the school from having a swim team. However, when CNU does receive an abundant amount of rain I always find it entertaining to see the custodians squigy up the excess what and push it to the grass. I don’t know if other campuses do this but I somehow feel that CNU is unique in that aspect. I also find it entertaining when they put down the plastic bridges that are used so that people can walk across the pavement without completely soaking his or her shoes.
