Andrew Carr-Flow
Flow is about being in the moment. When in that moment you are not thinking about any external factors or concious thought. You are just being or reacting. The best example in which I can relate to this is when I was in combat. The first time that i was shot at, it was just pure reaction and instinct from years of training. There was no, Oh my God! someone is shooting at me, I just reacted and did my job. However, as soon as that moment of flow was over and the contact with the enemy was done, there was a huge sense of wow someone was trying to kill me.
